A nourishing somatic yoga practice designed to bring you back into connection with your body, breath and inner experience.Through mindful movement, grounding practices and moments of stillness, we’ll explore the body with curiosity, allowing you to move in a way that feels supportive and intuitive. The practice will finish with a deeply restful sound healing, creating space to settle the nervous system, integrate and simply be.
Suitable for all bodies, mindful and breath focused.
We will begin the session together with a little mindful breathing. We will then move through a range of classic and modern yoga postures designed to help relieve tension, improve flexibility, build stability, balance energy and enhance wellbeing. We then close the session with a soothing guided relaxation. This session can help you release stress, restore balance, and nourish your mind, body & being… Bio: Renee Jones is the Principal Yoga Instructor, Founder and Manager of Viroga. She has been teaching yoga full-time since 2005 and is registered as a Senior Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist with AUSactive and Yoga Australia. Renee comes from a background in Vocational Training and has undertaken many specialized courses in Yoga and Meditation in a range of flowing, structural, restorative and therapeutic styles. In addition to her Yoga Studio Classes, Renee offers Yoga Therapy sessions, runs Yoga Retreats, and provides Workplace Wellness and Event Yoga. Her light-hearted manner creates a sensible, accessible and enjoyable yoga experience that is tailored to individual needs wherever possible. Renee is passionate about sharing how the peaceful power of yoga can help manage stress. improve wellbeing and cultivate health, harmony, happiness for the body, mind and being.
Yoga is not about creating the perfect shape. It is about discovering what is already alive within us. Journey through the five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space as we explore grounding, fluidity, inner strength, breath and stillness. Through asana, pranayama, mudra, mantra and, we will move beyond how yoga looks and experience how yoga feels. A deeply nourishing yin practice inviting participants to step away from the demands of everyday life and into stillness. Through supported yin postures, conscious breath, mindfulness and moments of quiet, we explore what happens when we stop striving and give the body and nervous system permission to soften, settle and simply be.The practice is suitable for all levels and no previous experience of yin is required.
A deeply immersive sound healing journey incorporating Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, shamanic drum and a cacao ceremony. This would be held as a gentle, trauma-informed experience inviting participants to slow down, connect inward and explore sound, presence and community.
I believe that Hatha Yoga is for EVERYONE from the very young to the not-so-young, and all Genders and it doesn't matter if you're a beginner or experienced. My classes are fun, interactive and promise a true sense of self fulfilment and achievement, and I believe that you always should only do what your body can do. This meditation is designed to take people on a journey of reflection, visualisation, meditation, and body awareness. You will experience QiGong and Zenthai Flow inspired movement practices, art therapy, and a vivid soundscape guided meditation journeying with live instruments. Examples of some instruments used are hand pan, didgeridoo, throat singing, and flute. During the sound journeying, my voice guides you through specific environments and sensations, and asks questions that prompt inward reflection. You will be prompted several times to meet spirit animals of certain emotional qualities, their own manifestations.

In our busy lives, it’s often the smallest rituals that help us reconnect with ourselves. This gentle AromaYoga session weaves together mindful movement, conscious breath and the nurturing presence of lavender, inviting you to explore how everyday moments can become meaningful rituals of returning. Through the aroma of pure lavender essential oil, gentle movement, guided reflection and moments of stillness, you’ll be invited to slow down, breathe, move and simply notice. Gift yourself an hour of deep relaxation and stillness with a sound journey with Sascha. Complementing your yoga practice, she will take you through a guided meditation and into a state of deep bliss using the vibrations of the beautiful gongs, sound bowls and other complimentary instruments. Bring your mat, an open heart and prepare to release what's no longer serving you so that you feel grounded, refreshed and deeply aligned.
This session is designed to create a safe, supportive and inclusive space where everyone feels welcome, regardless of their background, experience or relationship with yoga. The session will begin with a 15-minute presentation exploring trauma-aware yoga and its evidence-based benefits, including its use with victim-survivors of gender-based violence, first responders and people within correctional facilities. A QR code will be available for anyone interested in accessing further information, resources and recommended readings. This will be followed by a 35–40 minute trauma-aware yoga practice, offering participants an opportunity to experience the approach in a supportive and accessible way. The remaining time will be available for questions and discussion. Kate will remain available after the session for as long as needed should the practice create a need for additional support. Information and contact details for relevant support services will also be available for anyone who may wish to seek further assistance.
The breathwork / pranayama class would centre on breath sensing, moving with the breath and detecting your diaphragm and core muscles with the breath, culminating in a slow Viloma and Box Breath Practice. The Meditation class would be an introduction to Innate Meditation - using our senses to reconnect body and mind, as a gateway to a relaxation oriented meditation practice.

This immersive session invites you to deepen your awareness of the breath, cultivate and conserve your vital energy, and experience yoga in its more complete form. Our classes begin with an explanation of the chakras and channels that make up the human subtle system. This is followed by a guided meditation where "self-realisation," or kundalini awakening, leads one to experience "thoughtless awareness," the state of true meditation.
Chair yoga is an accessible and surprisingly versatile way to experience the benefits of yoga. In this welcoming class, participants will explore gentle movement, mobility, balance, breathing and relaxation using a chair for support.The class is suitable for a wide range of ages, abilities and levels of experience, including people who may find getting down onto a yoga mat difficult. Participants will be encouraged to work at their own pace and discover how small, mindful movements can help them feel more comfortable, grounded and connected to their bodies.
