Essence Hour- a beautiful immersion of Gentle Yoga, Sound Healing, Meditation, and flower essence sprays to take you on a journey to tranquility and calm. Intuitively guided, you will be taken on a journey of healing, transformation and relaxation.
Connect, heal and feel rejuvenated through NLP, hypnosis and Reiki modalities. Immerse yourself in a meditative sound bath experience and allow yourself to fall in love with who you are.
Yin yoga is a slow-paced, meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia. Poses are held for extended periods, usually 3 to 5 minutes, allowing for deep stretching and release. Unlike more dynamic yoga styles, yin yoga focuses on relaxation and cultivating mindfulness, helping to improve flexibility, promote joint health, and enhance overall well-being. It’s ideal for those seeking to slow down, de-stress, and connect more deeply with their body.
This meditation is designed to take people on a journey of reflection, visualisation, meditation, and body awareness. You will experience QiGong and Zenthai Flow inspired movement practices, art therapy, and a vivid soundscape guided meditation journeying with live instruments. Examples of some instruments used are hand pan, didgeridoo, throat singing, and flute. During the sound journeying, my voice guides you through specific environments and sensations, and asks questions that prompt inward reflection. You will be prompted several times to meet spirit animals of certain emotional qualities, their own manifestations.
Come along and discover how you can begin your Yoga journey through the loving connection between movement and breath. A great class that will cater for both Beginners and Intermediates. There will be plenty of variations provided during this class, to help you get the best out of your practice, whether you are new to yoga or wanting to refresh your love of movement. There will be a requirement for you to get up and down from your mat, which involves being on your knees for periods of time, so please ensure you assess your ability to do these movements, safely, prior to attending class.
In this 75-minute class, June will guide you to find stability from the very root of each pose. As we find the ground, we experience the balance, and then we can explore our own unique shape of the body to hold the pose. Join June, a certified SmartFLOW® Yoga Teacher and Trainer, for a mindful alignment practice.
