My name is Sian, I have been actively involved in the Fitness industry for 13 years. My approach to fitness is more than just about exercise but also understanding there are multiple systems in our bodies trying to work simultaneously to achieve overall wellness. As a Personal Trainer I developed the skills to create the balance the body needs for full functionality.
With this, I took a deeper approach to understanding the human body and how it works. This led my down the path of rehabilitation and Pilates. Beginning by building our foundations starting with our core strength is essential to achieving any health and wellness goals.
I have specialised in the rehab in the Pilates sector for five years and have helped multiple clients recover from weight loss surgery, knee and hip reconstructions, lower back injuries and post-natal care. These are the foundations for longevity of the body, it is my belief that it is never too late to start but we must start from where our body is at and progress from there. There is no rushing the process!
More recently I have began to explore the mindset side of wellness and have developed my skills in massage, reiki and nutrition. This is to support my knowledge and belief in health being a whole lifestyle not just physical.
