Having discovered yoga back in the year 2000, and the wonderful physical and mental benefits it brought with it – I became
passionate about sharing this journey with as many people as would be drawn to me.
Now having taught continuously in Australia for the past 14 years and blessed to have taught in many countries on retreats
I pride myself in being able to tune into the students’ specific needs and level of ability, making it simple for EVERYbody
to enjoy their experience.
The level I teach at therefore is always suitable for anything from someones VERY FIRST class right up to the ability to
offer more advanced levels. It is an absolute honour to be able to offer someone their first experience of yoga – as the
ability to breathe deeply is so much more important than targeting specific postures, especially whilst our body form is
in the process of building that ability. I therefore place focus on calming the nervous system and balancing emotional
states, connection to the now, the body, the breath, heart space and gratitude.
