Agneta Hansell

Agneta has been actively working in the fitness industry for over 20 years teaching a variety of style classes to participants of all ages and fitness levels. As a natural development in her  wellness journey Agneta was drawn to the body and mind connection to achieve health for the whole being and started exploring the benefits of yoga and meditation. Today Agneta is a 500 hours YTT qualified yoga facilitator and has been practicing and teaching Vinyasa yoga for many years. Vinyasa yoga is a soft flow of poses where focus is placed on the connection between breath and movement. Agneta has recently completed Yoga Therapy training and can now offer private or small group yoga therapy classes as well as Chair Yoga.
