Liz is a passionate yoga instructor specializing in dynamic classes that emphasize strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. She climbs a little, runs a little, and lifts some weights; but she always goes back to Yoga because Yoga is the foundation of life. It has been 18 years since her first yoga class. Liz is currently offering yoga and mindfulness classes in North Lakes and Mango Hill.
