Monica Arcoya is a dedicated yoga instructor with over two years of experience teaching a variety of styles, including Vinyasa, Flow, Yin Yoga, Hot Yoga, and introductory Ashtanga. Drawing from her background in holistic therapies and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Monica integrates mindful movement, breathwork, and emotional balance into her classes. She is passionate about helping students cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner peace while empowering them to embrace transformation and personal growth. Monica’s approach creates a space for connection, renewal, and self-awareness, making each practice an opportunity for both physical and emotional healing.
