Nicola Smith is the founder of Reflect Yoga & Wellness, and a level 2 qualified yoga teacher registered with Yoga Australia. Offering weekly hatha yoga classes in Albany Creek and Samford, Nicola’s teachings blend intentional movement and meditation to create a harmonious flow. With over 500 hours of training in hatha yoga, pranayama, meditation, as well as pilates, her classes focus on cultivating present-moment awareness, bringing balance and ease to both the body and mind.
