Hello lovely soul, I’m Katie, founder of Om Yoga Collective in Nundah, a nurturing space where I gently guide students back to themselves through mindful movement, stillness and self-connection.
I’m deeply passionate about sharing the profound impact yoga can have on our mental health and quality of life. My classes are gentle, heart-led and thoughtfully designed to help ease the edges off life’s stressors. I love to weave in simple, everyday tools… breath, movement and moments of stillness…that students can carry into their daily lives.
My work primarily focuses on supporting women in reconnecting with their inner strength, softening into their divine feminine energy, and feeling more engaged with themselves and the world around them. But no matter who you are, my intention is to hold space for transformation – one breath, one moment and one practice at a time.
