My name is Nat and I am a yoga teacher, social worker, footy player and mum of twin boys. I found yoga at a time when I was struggling with mental health and found that yoga was a great source of support, healing and connection back to myself. Since then we now know more deeply how all the aspects of yoga can assist when we might be having mental health concerns.
I have been teaching since 2013 and as a trauma informed facilitator, I have focused my yoga teaching over the last 8 years on teaching in the area of trauma, mental health and eating disorders. This is a passion for me and I have seen and experienced how the practices and philosophy of Yoga is of great benefit in this area of work.
