My childhood alternated between artistic gymnastics, dance, volleyball, athletics and skiing. When I grew up, in addition to my passion for sport, I added the discipline of yoga, which I got to know about 10 years ago when I was in what I call my second home, Byron Bay.After almost 10 years of travelling and living around the world in search of myself and what my path would be, I finally realised that the answer was always within me. Today, in addition to obtaining a degree in Sports Science, I have embarked on the path of Yoga Instructor, specifically Odaka yoga, which was for me Love at first practice. I see it as a journey within the soul that embodies the flow of life with awareness and joy, and this is what I would like to pass on to you! I first trained in the Iyenger Yoga and hatha style in Byron Bay, gaining certification in the traditional approach, and finally came to Odaka Yoga. After my teacher certification, I specialised in Yoga Prenatal and Kids, Trauma-informed Yoga, Art of Adjustment, Pranayama Flow, Zen Warrior and Fascia Flow techniques. Since September 2021 I’ve been part of the Odaka Yoga teacher training team, in the role of assistant.
