Tasha is a qualified yoga teacher, therapist and sound healing practitioner with over 12 years of personal yoga practice.
Her journey with yoga led her to Rishikesh, India, where she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training and she has been teaching ever since. Alongside yoga, Tasha works professionally as a therapist, bringing a strong understanding of the relationship between the body, emotions and nervous system into her teaching.
Her approach blends the traditional foundations of yoga with somatic awareness, breath, meditation and restorative practices, encouraging students to develop greater body awareness and connection rather than focusing on performance.
Tasha has also completed sound healing training, incorporating sound as a complementary practice for relaxation, rest and integration. Her work brings together yoga, somatic practice and psychological wellbeing to create grounded, accessible and embodied experiences.
